Enzymatic Addition of Azides to C-termini for Single-Molecule Sequencing

The enzymatic addition of C-terminal azides to polypeptides (ENZ-A-CAP for short) aims to expand on Quantum-Si’s Platinum® single-molecule sequencing platform to enable protein sequencing of peptides generated with any digest patterns and hopes to extend this feature to full-length proteins for full proteoform sequencing.
