The Platinum instrument, kits, and software contain everything you need to prepare, sequence, and analyze proteins. Barcoding is a new initial step in Quantum-Si’s Next-Generation Protein Sequencing workflow. The Barcoding Kit prepares and immobilizes barcode-tagged peptides for sequencing. Eight unique peptide barcodes are carefully designed for optimal sequencing performance with the Sequencing Kit.
